12. Amendment of annex to Convention
Where a revised annex incorporating amendments to an annex to the
Convention is transmitted to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Organisation under section 38 of the Convention, the Minister may, by regulations, provide that the revised annex be substituted for that annex to the
Convention.
