6. Privileges and immunities of Judges and Registrar The Judges of the Court, the Registrar and any person acting as Registrar of the Court shall, when engaged on the business of the Court and during any journey connected with the exercise of their functions, have and enjoy the same inviolability, exemptions, facilities, privileges, immunities and rights as are accorded to the head of a diplomatic mission under the Diplomatic Relations Act.
