40A. Service of process on bodies corporate
Any summons, notice or process which is required to be served on a
company, société or other corporate body shall be served by leaving the
summons, notice or process—
(a) at the registered office, or principal place of business of the
company, société or other corporate body;
(b) in the case of a foreign company, with a person authorised to
accept service of process on behalf of the company.
