24. Cessation or transfer of business
Where a holder of a certificate under this Act or the Freeport Act—
(a) being an employer of not less that 10 employees, intends to reduce the number of employees in his employment either temporarily or permanently;
(b) intends to cease activities at any of his places of business; or
(c) intends to cease or transfer his business,
he shall immediately give notice in writing thereof to the Managing Director
and to the relevant Ministry.
