28A. Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement
(1) The Minister may, subject to this Act or any other enactment, enter
into arrangements or agreements for the promotion and protection of investments by citizens of Mauritius in the territory of other States and by investors of other States in Mauritius.
(2) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit to give effect
to any arrangement or agreement entered into under subsection (1).
