6. Retired (a) Transfer of at least USD 2,500
non-citizen or its equivalent in freely
convertible foreign currency at
time of issue of residence
permit;
(b) Thereafter, a monthly transfer
of at least USD 2,500 or its
equivalent in freely convertible
foreign currency
