2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“authorised person” means any person designated by the Authority;
“Authority” means the Irrigation Authority established under section 3;
“Board” means the Board referred to in section 6;
“irrigation area” means an area declared as such under section 14;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
agriculture is assigned.
