20A. Powers of authorised employee
(1) For the purposes of this Act, an authorised
employee may, at all reasonable times, enter or access any
irrigation land or any land which may have to be crossed,
in order to access a river or any other source of water used
for irrigation.
(2) In this section –
“authorised employee” means a staff of the
Authority authorised as such by the Authority.
