10. Sponsor’s mark
(1) A sponsor’s mark shall include the initials of the dealer and such
other letters or figures as may be determined by the Director, enclosed in a
horizontal hexagonal shape as set out in the Fourth Schedule.
(2) A sponsor’s mark shall be specific to a dealer and shall not be
assigned to any other person.
(3) No dealer shall use a sponsor’s mark on any jewellery unless the mark
is registered with the Director.
(4) For the purpose of subsection (3), the Director shall keep a register
which shall contain an impression of the sponsor’s mark and such other
information as the Director may deem necessary.
