31. Regulations
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the
purposes of this Act.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for—
(a) the amendment of the Schedules;
(aa) the control of exports of jewellery and melted precious metal;
(b) the levying of fees and the payment of charges;

(c) the registration of dealers;
(d) the registration of any mark;
(e) the use of the State mark by dealers; or
(f) the verification and grading of precious and semi-precious
stones.
