2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“guardian”, in relation to a juvenile or young person, includes any person who has for the time being the charge of or control over the child or
young person;
“juvenile” means a person under the age of 18;
“young person” means a person who has attained the age of 14 and is
under the age of 18.
