13. Determination of persons entitled The authorised officer shall take such steps as may be necessary to determine to whom compensation is payable under this Act and may, for that purpose, require any interested person in relation to whose land a notice has been published under section 6 or 8 to deliver, within 14 days of the date of the service of the notice, a statement in writing specifying so far as is within that person’s knowledge the name of every other interested person and the nature of his own and that of such other interested person’s interest in the land.
