19. Exemptions
(1) The Authority shall be exempt from the payment of any duty, levy,
rate, charge, fee or tax.
(2) No stamp duty or registration fee shall be payable in respect of any
document signed or executed by the Authority or under which the Authority
is a beneficiary.
