9. Access to DCDB
(1) The Permanent Secretary may allow access to any person to such information recorded in the DCDB on such terms and conditions and, subject
to subsection (2), on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
(2) Every Ministry, Government department and local authority shall be
exempt from the payment of any fee referred to in subsection (1).
