10Q. Right of appeal
(1) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Attorney-General pursuant
to section 10A (2), (4) (a) or (5), 10G (2), 10H (1), 10K (1) or 10N may,
within 21 days of the day on which he has been informed of the decision of
the Attorney-General, appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision in
such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) On the hearing of an appeal under this section, the Supreme Court
may—
(a) confirm the decision of the Attorney-General; or
(b) reverse, vary or amend the decision of the Attorney-General,
and may make such order as to the payment of costs as it thinks fit.
