5. Vocational course
An applicant shall, for the purpose of section 4 (2) (a) (ii) (B), have completed the vocational course where he has—
(a) followed such course as may be approved by the Council and
conducted by an accredited person, in the subjects specified in
the Second Schedule; and
(b) satisfied the Council of his proficiency in the subjects specified
in the Second Schedule, following such oral and written examinations as the Vocational Examinations Board may conduct.
