8. Exemption from taxes and fees
Where the Authority has approved the grant of legal aid or legal assistance, the applicant shall not, in the proceedings to which his application
relates, be liable to pay any sum payable under any enactment relating to
stamp duty, registration dues, usher’s fees, witnesses’ fees or Court fees.
