10. Separate legal personality
(1) A limited liability partnership registered under this Act shall be a body
corporate and shall have legal personality separate from that of its partners.

(2) Unless otherwise specified in the partnership agreement—
(a) a limited liability partnership shall have perpetual succession;
(b) any change in the partners of a limited liability partnership shall
not affect the existence, rights or liabilities of the limited liability
partnership.
