3. Application of Act
(1) This Act shall apply to a person—
(a) offering professional or consultancy services;
(b) holding a Global Legal Advisory Services licence; or
(c) engaging in such other activities as may be prescribed.
(2) This Act shall not apply to a société formed under Titre Neuvième of
Livre Troisième of the Code Civil Mauricien or Titre Troisième of Livre
Premier of the Code de Commerce.
