62. Appeals from decisions of Registrar
(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar under this
Act may, within 21 days of the date of notification of the decision, appeal to
the Court.
(2) The Court may confirm, reverse or vary the Registrar’s decision or
give such directions as the Court considers appropriate.
