64. Other statutory or regulatory requirements
(1) Nothing in this Act shall prevent a person registered as a limited
liability partnership under this Act from complying with any requirement
imposed by any other enactment, or guidelines or rules made by any
regulatory authority or body.
(2) Where a limited liability partnership proposes to conduct a business
for which a licence, authorisation, registration or approval is required under
any other enactment, it shall apply for such licence, authorisation,
registration or approval as may be required before commencing business.
