14. Liability of limited partnerships
Subject to section 11—
(a) the acts of a general partner in connection with the business of the
limited partnership shall bind the limited partnership in all respects;

(b) every general partner shall be jointly and severally liable with the
other general partners for all debts and obligations of the limited
partnership incurred while he is a general partner;
(c) a limited partnership may indemnify any partner or other person
from and against all or any claims, demands and debts, unless
otherwise provided in the partnership agreement.
