18. Restriction on use of words “Limited Partnership”, abbreviation “L.P.”
or designation “LP”
No person shall use the words “Limited Partnership”, the abbreviation
“L.P.” or designation “LP”, in relation to a business unless the person carries
on his activity through a limited partnership.
