24. Change of registered office
(1) Subject to the partnership agreement—
(a) a limited partnership may at any time change its registered office
by a resolution of the general partners; and
(b) the limited partnership shall, within 21 days beginning on the
date of the change, notify the Registrar of such change.
(2) Subject to section 22 (1), a change in the registered office of a
limited partnership shall take effect on the date stated in the notice under
subsection (1) (b), not being a date that is earlier than 7 days after the notice
is received by the Registrar.
