111. Proceedings of Tribunal
(1) The Tribunal shall sit at such place and at such time as the Chairperson of the Tribunal may decide.
(2) Where the Tribunal adjourns any proceedings, it may resume them at
such place and at such time as the Chairperson of the Tribunal may determine.
(3) The Tribunal shall, subject to such regulations as may be made by the
Minister, regulate its proceedings and shall—
(a) sit in public;
(b) make such orders it considers necessary to secure the attendance of persons and the production of articles or documents;
(c) take evidence on oath and shall, for that purpose, have power to
administer oaths.
(4) Any person who—
(a) fails to attend a sitting of the Tribunal after having been required
to do so under subsection (3);
(b) refuses to take an oath before the Tribunal; or

(c) after taking the oath, fails to answer fully and sincerely to the
best of his knowledge and belief any question lawfully put to
him or to produce any article or document when required to do
so by the Tribunal,
shall commit an offence.
