114. Appeal to Supreme Court
(1) Any party who is dissatisfied with a determination of the Tribunal as
being erroneous in law may, within 21 days of the determination, by notice
in writing, appeal to the Supreme Court against the determination.
(2) An appeal under this section shall be prosecuted in the manner
provided for an appeal under the District and Intermediate Courts (Civil Jurisdiction) Act.
