66. Proceeds from sale of assets (1) Proceeds in respect of a transaction under section 64 shall only be used by a local authority for a purpose for which capital money may properly be used. (2) Where capital money is used under this section for a purpose other than that for which the land, subject of the transaction, was held, the authority shall make in its accounts such adjustment as the Minister may direct.
