79. Expenses and accounts of Association of Local Authorities (1) The expenses incurred by an Association referred to in section 78 (1) shall be defrayed by the relevant local authorities, in such proportions as they may agree upon or, in case of disagreement, in the proportions which the Minister may determine. (2) The accounts of an Association referred to in section 78 (1) shall be made up yearly to the end of the financial year and thereafter submitted within 4 months for audit by the Director of Audit. (3) The voting disabilities provided in section 46 shall apply, with such modifications as may be necessary, to councillors appointed to an Association referred to in section 78 (1).
