93. Return to be submitted to Minister
(1) The appropriate Chief Executive shall, within one month of being so
requested, submit to the Minister, a return showing the provisions made for
the repayment of money borrowed by the Municipal City Council, a Municipal Town Council or a District Council.
(2) The return shall be certified by the appropriate Chief Executive and
Financial Controller.
