7. Charges of administration
(1) Subject to subsection (2), all expenses incurred by a commission in
the performance of its functions shall be a charge on and paid out of the
revenues of the local authority which it replaces or of the commission.
(2) The Minister may pay such allowances as he thinks fit to a member
and every allowance shall be a charge on the Consolidated Fund.
