6. General Manager
The Board shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint, on such terms
and conditions as the Board may determine, a full-time General Manager who
will be responsible for—
(a) coordinating the activities of the School for the Blind;
(b) the training of the blind persons attending the Centre;
(c) the production and marketing of articles by the blind workers of
the Centre; and
(d) the financial management of the Fund so as to ensure its viability and the development of its activities.
