18. Regulations
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Authority may make such regulations
as it thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) —
(3) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide—
(a) for the taking of fees; and
(b) that any person who contravenes them shall commit an offence and
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 2,000 rupees
and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
