9A. Protection of members and employees
(1) No liability, civil or criminal, shall attach to the Authority or to any of
its members or officers in respect of any act which it or he has done or omitted to do in good faith in the execution or purported execution of the duties
of the Authority under this Act.
(2) Every member or employee of the Authority shall be deemed to be a
public functionary within the meaning of the Criminal Code.
