16. Proceedings of Tribunal
(1) The Tribunal shall sit at such place and time as the President of the
Tribunal may determine.
(2) The law of evidence shall apply to proceedings before the Tribunal.
(3) The Tribunal may—
(a) require in writing any person to appear before it to give evidence
or produce any document or other article as it may need; and
(b) take evidence on oath and, for that purpose, administer the
oath.
