23. Patients’ units
(1) There shall be a separate unit for each of the following categories of
patients—
(a) security patients;
(b) patients suffering from a severe mental disorder;
(c) elderly patients;
(d) patients under the age of 18.
(2) There shall be, for all categories of patients, a separate unit for male
and female patients.
