Section 44: Regulations

44. Regulations (1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations for the licensing of private mental health care centres and the imposition of fees in respect of those centres.
