111. Ships to carry stability information
(1) Every Mauritius ship shall carry on board such information about the
ship’s stability as may be prescribed.

(2) The information, a copy of which shall be sent to the Director, shall
be based on the determination of the ship’s stability by means of an inclining
test of the ship but the Director may allow the information to be based on a
similar determination of the stability of a sister ship.
