116. Compliance with regulations
Subject to any exemption conferred under this Sub-Part, no Mauritius ship
shall proceed or attempt to proceed to sea unless—
(a) the ship has been surveyed in accordance with the Load Line
Regulations;
(b) the ship is marked with a deck-line and with load lines in accordance with those regulations;
(c) the appropriate certificate has been issued under section 118;
(d) the ship complies with the conditions of assignment; and
(e) any information required by those regulations to be provided for
the guidance of the master of the ship in the prescribed manner
has been so provided.
