139. Release of goods by Customs
(1) The Director-General of Customs shall, subject to taking security for
the protection of the revenue in respect of the goods, permit all goods saved
from any ship stranded or wrecked on its homeward voyage to be forwarded
to the port of its original destination.
(2) The Director-General of Customs shall, subject to taking such security, permit all goods saved from any ship stranded or wrecked on its outward voyage to be returned to the port at which they were shipped.
