155. Apportionment of remuneration
(1) The apportionment of remuneration between salvors shall be made on
the basis of the criteria listed in section 151.

(2) The apportionment of remuneration between the owner, master and
other persons in the service of each salving vessel shall be determined by the
law of the State in which the vessel is registered.
(3) Where the salvage referred to in subsection (1) has not been carried
out from a vessel, the apportionment shall be determined by the law governing the contract between the salvor and his servant and, in the absence of a
contract, according to the merits of the case in order to reach a fair and just
decision.
