183. Defences and limits for agents
Where an action is brought against an agent of a carrier or of a performing carrier arising out of damage covered by this Part, the agent, if he proves
that he acted within the scope of his employment, shall be entitled to avail
himself of the defences and limits of liability which a carrier or a performing
carrier is entitled to invoke.
