193. Persons entitled to limit liability
(1) A shipowner and a salvor may limit their liabilities in accordance with
this Part.
(2) An insurer of liability for claims subject to limitation under this Part
shall be entitled to the benefit of limitation to the same extent as the
assured.
(3) A person for whose act, neglect or default a shipowner or salvor is
responsible may limit his liability under this Part.
