230. Immunity of Government and public officers
(1) Any person who acts in the performance of his duties under this Act
shall be deemed to be a public officer for the purposes of the Public Officers’
Protection Act and a public functionary within the meaning of the Criminal
Code.
(2) No action shall lie against the Government or any public officer or
other person appointed or authorised to perform any function under this Act
in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith in the
exercise or performance of any power, authority or duty conferred or imposed on him under this Act.
