34. Refusal to register on transfer or transmission
Where, on an application for transfer or transmission of a ship or a share,
it is determined by the Registrar that the ship is not eligible to be registered,
he shall serve a notice of termination on the owner of the ship, and the registration of the ship shall terminate by virtue of this section at the end of the
period of 14 days beginning with the date of the service of the notice.
