75. Discharge where ship ceases to be registered
Where a Mauritius ship ceases to be registered, any seafarer employed in
the ship shall be discharged from the ship unless he consents in writing to
continue his employment in the ship, and sections 64 to 66 shall apply in
relation to his wages as if the ship had remained a Mauritius ship.
