5. The Board
(1) The Foundation shall be managed by a Board constituted in accordance with regulations made under this Act.
(2) No member of the Board shall receive any fee or remuneration for his
services.
(3) The Board shall be convened by the Chairperson at such time and
place—
(a) as he thinks fit;
(b) as may be requested by 3 members.
