7. Application for certificate
Any person intending to apply for a certificate shall, 14 days at least before his application—
(a) give notice of his intention by registered letter sent by post to
the Magistrate having jurisdiction over, and to the Superintendent of Police in charge of, the district in which he proposes to
carry on business; and
(b) specify in the notice his name and address and the address at
which he proposes to carry on his business.
