9. Transfer of business from authorised address
(1) A moneylender shall not transfer his business from his authorised address to another address unless he has notified the Magistrate of the district
of the proposed transfer.
(2) Any moneylender who contravenes this section shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 100 rupees.
