9. Dissolution of Foundation
(1) The Foundation may be dissolved by the unanimous decision of the
Board.
(2) Where the Foundation is dissolved, all assets remaining after winding
up shall be transferred to the Mauritius Tamil Temples Federation or be used
for such charitable purpose as may be decided by the Board.
