11. Revocation of licence NAPRO may revoke a licence where— (a) any information given to it by the licensee for the purpose of obtaining the licence was, at the time the information was given, false in any material particular; (b) the licensee has, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with any condition subject to which the licence was issued, or with any requirement under this Act; (c) the licensee is convicted of an offence under this Act; (d) the licensee is convicted of an offence involving fraud or dishonesty; (e) the licensee ceases to carry on business in accordance with this Act; (f) the premises to which the licence relates cease to be suitable for the purpose for which they were licensed; or (g) the licensee otherwise ceases to be a fit and proper person.
